How Our Process Works 

Tampa Bay Pest Management believes that placing a bandage on an open wound isn’t enough. We examine your house or building in its entirety and find all the potential points of entry for rodents. This method is crucial to keeping rodents out permanently. Our Rodent Exclusion and Trapping process includes three steps.

1. Exclusion & Sealing – We fully inspect your house or building and identify all points of entry, and ensure they are sealed secur.ly, or seal them off from rodents ourselves. This way, rodents can no longer enter or leave the premises. Depending on the scale of the situation or the type of entry rodents could use, it is possible this step may need the use of a roofer, handyman, or a plumber.
2. Trapping & Removal – Once the property has been inspected and sealed, we set multiple traps to capture any rodents still in the structure during the exclusion and sealing step. You have the option to check on the traps yourself, which saves you money, or you can have us return once or twice per week to check the traps and remove any rodents.
3. Warranty – Tampa Bay Pest Management will warranty that the areas we sealed for the life of your home or business. Most pest control companies will charge you a “yearly renewal” to continue their warranties. We believe that if we sealed it, it is under warranty, at no further charge to you. If rodents open an area that was not previously sealed by us, we offer reasonable fees to seal those new areas.
